HB Specialty Foods operates a stand alone, certified gluten free production facility. HB gluten free and low gluten solutions place an emphasis on superior taste, texture and overall product performance approaching gluten based solutions. Our unique solutions produced by this facility include a specialty line of gluten free breads, gluten free batters, and low gluten coating systems.
With the recent acquisition of additional production and warehousing space at our Nampa location, HB is currently in the process of implementing a pilot line environment. The increased solution testing and evaluation capabilities represented by implementing the pilot line environment will further our ability to deliver unique solutions better results for our customers. Updated information on the capabilities of the pilot line will be made available as this expansion project is completed.
