Mike’s Story

In 1994 we were a company of three people who believed we could do anything and do it better than anybody else.  Three dedicated people working weekends, bringing our kids in to help us build the first blending platform, and performing every function from sales and product development to blending, bagging, and loading the truck in order to respond to the needs of our customers.  Back then we were innovative, entrepreneurial and driven to bring a unique idea to the industry which resulted in the first ever Clearcoat System. In 1994 we were committed to achieving better results for our customers by delivering superior product performance and unsurpassed quality.

Since 1994 many things have changed except the core of who we are–the HB Difference–remains the same.  We now have over 180 talented people on our team and four different production facilities.  Our dedicated research and development, food innovation, and culinary teams are world class.  In addition to our blending lines, our production environment now includes a bakery, dedicated gluten free production facility, bread crumb and proprietary Nama Panko lines and multiple fulfillment centers.
