Ark Anantachote

Food Technologist

Ark has four years of experience in Food Science Research and seven years of experience in food and restaurant industries. He began his career as a Fishery Plant Inspector/HACCP auditor and QA supervisor in Bangkok, Thailand. Ark completed a Master’s in Food Science from the University of Idaho, working specifically on potato and starch research projects. Ark also worked with university dining services and a local restaurant.

At HB, Ark specializes in potato projects, appetizers and seafood solutions. His broad based experience and functional ingredient knowledge make him a valued resource with incredible versatility, increasing unique solutions that achieve better results. Ark’s experience working with one of the largest sensory panels in the country is enabling HB to expand our sensory panel capabilities.
