Craig Imlach

Sr. Food Technologist

For the past 30 years Craig has been working in high-volume bakeries, and has experience in everything from working the line, to managing distribution and production, to developing bakery products in R&D. Beginning initially at Interstate Bakeries, Craig worked in production for 10 years and later moved into various management positions. He graduated top of his class in the Baking Science and Technology program at the American Institute of Baking. Craig spent another 15 years involved with management positions, distribution and supervising the building of new bakeries.

Craig has been with HB Specialty Foods for the past five years, and has been an essential part in developing the ever growing bakery program. Craig was brought on initially to install the American and Panko breadcrumb lines, and has since worked hard to create all kinds of specialty, gluten-free and ancient grain bakery products. His extensive knowledge of bakeries and baked goods makes Craig a valuable resource for HB and it’s customers.
