Jolene Cram

Director of Development

Jolene Cram is an Idaho native and has over 14 years of experience in the food industry. She graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and worked for the J.R. Simplot Company in Research and Development and Marketing, developing new products and managing the new product process. Her experience includes the processing and blending of potatoes, vegetables, fruits, seasonings and batters as well as managing all parts of the New Product Introduction Process from Ideation to Post Launch Evaluation.

At HB Specialty Foods, Jolene functions as the Innovation Project Manager, developing new products and working closely with sales and marketing to develop the core business for the future. With strengths in project management and customer focus, Jolene brings a well rounded cross functional approach to innovation.
