Kelly brings years of experience and expertise working at an appetizer company in the Quality Assurance and Research & Development departments prior to joining the HB team. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Idaho and enjoys finding interesting recipes and turning them into innovative ideas for customers to experiment with within their own environments.
Her extensive background dealing with batters and breadings, as well as specialized blending of unique seasonings and bakery mixes is a tremendous asset for our customers. Kelly’s proven talent for creating new appetizer concepts and unique coating systems make her a valuable member of the HB team.
