Leticia Martinez

Sr. Lab Technician

Leticia has worked in various roles during her career, including supervisor, bookkeeper, payroll, and four years in the manufacturing industry working with modules and PC boards. She spent two years at Heinz as a lab technician before coming to HB.

Leticia has been with HB Specialty Foods for over nine years. She started in cleaning/maintenance, spent time in production as a supervisor, and is currently on the R&D team as the Sr. Lab Technician. Leticia enjoys being part of the growing HB team and looks forward to learning more each day.
