Nick has always had a passion for food and the chemistry behind it. That’s why in 2010 he graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Food Science. During two of his summers off from the University of Idaho, Nick interned as a food micro lab technician testing for pathogens, performing food micro related research, and validating FDA studies. Additionally, he interned with the R&D team at Ore-Ida Heinz contributing to an ongoing research project.
At HB, Nick works on everything from appetizers to baked items. He enjoys the variety and loves learning something new everyday.
