Prior to joining HB, Phil was a principal for a business consulting company focused on leadership and management development, organizational excellence, process improvement and the development and implementation of profitable growth strategies. For over 25 years Phil has assisted a diverse range of clients in achieving growth and success through leadership commitment, cultures of accountability and strategic execution. His professional services focus on a wide range of food industry companies which led him to an engagement with HB in 2007. As a result of this engagement, Phil not only saw the potential of the company and came to share a passion and vision for the future of HB Specialty Foods. He came on board as HB’s Chief Operating Office in 2008 and has provided leadership direction for the recent growth, diversification and expansion. As COO, Phil manages the overall operations of the company inclusive of Brand Execution, Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Administrative functions.
