Culinary Support Technician

Born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho, Ramen has worked in the food industry for eight years. His experience & workmanship has opened up opportunities to expand his knowledge in the food business. From his early years as a busboy, to a Head/Line Cook, to Production work, Ramen is now part of the HB Research & Development team.

As a Lab Technician, Ramen is responsible for providing accurate shipping samples to a variety of customers, maintaining the lab work space, documenting samples received, and assisting the Project Leaders and Coordinators satisfy customer goals.
