Ray Houdek

Plant Manager, Beloit Facility

Ray has over 17 years of experience in food plant operation in the areas of production management, QA management, and material procurement. His educational background includes a BS in biology and a minor in chemistry from Illinois State University. He has over 9 years of experience in dry blending as well as additional experience in ready to eat foods, meat processing, snack foods, and bulk commodity distribution. His experience working with a wide range of equipment and processes affords HB Specialty Foods, Inc. with additional opportunities for utilizing unique solutions with better results.

At HB, Ray is the Beloit facility manager responsible for plant operations, production scheduling, inventory management, quality assurance functions, and capital projects. Ray works closely with all other departments at HB to provide our customers with products of the highest quality.
