Bakery Manager

TJ started in retail where he quickly rose to managing many different areas and people while keeping inventory levels and unnecessary markdowns under control. He continued to successfully bring in a profit at the end of each month, while always keeping safety as a top priority. Afterwards he began welding for a trailer company, where he also quickly became a supervisor as the head of Quality Control for everything that left the plant.

TJ joined HB Specialty Foods nearly three years ago, and has the dedication and drive that all HB team members convey. With the shared passion for the company and customers, the purpose of dedication put forth each and every day, the pride he brings with all that he does, the proactive attitude with his team, and the level of performance he entails with himself and all others, TJ holds the bakery to be accountable, committed, and always executing at the highest level. With the leadership and commitment TJ brings to HB, the bakery department continues to grow and be successful.
